Community Events & Experiences
At Red Thread Cymru, we believe in the power of connection. By weaving together creativity, culture, and community spirit, we design and manage dynamic local events that do more than just entertain—they inspire, educate, and deeply engage the people that attend. From vibrant cultural gatherings to collaborative workshops, our goal is to strengthen community bonds and create memorable experiences that resonate long after the lights go out. Our Services
Not only do we run our own events, but we can also help you with yours! If you’re interested in any of our services below, please get in touch with us through our contact page.
Event planning
Organising an event can be stressful and time consuming, so let us help! We offer event planning services for all occasions, from live music and parties, to community events and markets. Whether you need help with the whole event or just a starting plan, we’ve got you covered.
event co-ordination
Bigger events have lots of moving parts and it helps to have people on board who understand the process and can jump right in to help get stuff done. With hundreds of hours of event organisation, stewarding, customer service, artist / partner liaising, and team leading between us, we’ve seen it all and are ready to help.
marketing and promotion
It’s the most important part of any successful event, because if people don’t know about it, they won’t come! But it also takes up a lot of time that could be spent organising other things. From posting schedules to event branding and full promotional packs, we can support any part of the process.
